QFinance & Investments is owned & operated by me, Lyn Duke. I am an experienced, professional and ethical finance consultant, gained from 30 plus years in the finance industry ( yes I started when I was 10).
My career has taken me from the bottom of the bank chain to managerial with the CBA, managing a Bank of Queensland branch to operating my own finance and investment business.
I also have an extensive knowledge in mortgage reduction, investment structures, self-managed superannuation funds and the property market.
I understand finance is a very personal topic and I am happy to share my own financial journey with clients. As a single working mother, I have had to provide for my children, keep the bills paid and look at ways of creating wealth for the future.
I learnt about mortgage reduction, the investment property market, how to make my money work for me, not the banks and how being in debt (good debt) is not a bad thing. Yes I made some mistakes along the way, but that is how I learnt.
My goal is to educate clients on their choice of home loan, minimise risk, reduce tax, create wealth all in the comfort of their own home.
